Fushimi Inari Taisha Torii
Fushimi Inari Taisha is the largest Shinto shrine in Japan located south of Kyoto. Built in 711, it is dedicated to the rice goddess Inari and more broadly to wealth. The beauty of this complex is revealed during a hike along a valley, marked by thousands of vermilion porticos called torii.
